Gathering Data on CC Activity

Time4gandalf had the cool idea of figuring out how many people are usually on during each hour and each day of the week. This info would be helpful for a variety of purposes, like figuring out what times major events can best succeed, or what times zones we should work on recruiting more people from. We have a Google Drive document for filling this info in, but we'd need a few people interested in helping. All participants would need to do is count the number of people in the CC on each hour, and put down that number next to the proper spot on the spreadsheet. I don't think knowing this info is particularly necessary, but it wouldn't be hard to record (just 1 number per hour from someone).
