Discord Voice/Text room

Hey Nomads! For those who are interested, we have found a new way to socialize with
with our clan mates which is both safe and easy to use! 'Discord' is a chatting/voice
app which will help us take our conversations to the next level! It comes with many helpful
features, most importantly IP protection so you can have peace of mind whilst chatting together!
HOW TO JOIN US!
-Head to   https://discordapp.com/
-Click on 'TRY DISCORD, IT'S FREE'
-Enter a username (preferably your RS Username)
-Confirm your account by logging into your email and clicking the link.
-When the page loads, look for the + symbol on the left hand side of the screen and then click 'Join a Server'.
-Copy and paste the following link https://discord.gg/0Y6K107TrADOzbcZ then click join.
-Voila!

Note: You do not need a microphone to join. There are also text rooms where you can chat using pictures/gifs or just normal text.

As is any new feature in the clan, advertising is key. Mentioning it at a crowded clan event is probably the best way to attract people to it. Would be nice for dangerous bossing events.

Looks great! Guess we don't need a shoutbox now (does anyone know what a shoutbox is anymore?) I've put a link to this chat on the forum header bar (opens a new window).
